It features a unique process where the coffee cherries are co-fermented with grapes for 5 days imparting an unparalleled fruity flavor onto the beans. If you've struggled to observe tasting notes in coffees in the past you won't on this one. We've never tasted another bean as overwhelming in grape flavor and aroma as this coffee.
