Bali Kintamani
This coffee comes from small family farms in the Kintamani highlands of Bali. It grows in volcanic soil near Mount Agung, alongside citrus trees that provide shade and extra income. Farmers work together through local groups that manage water and land. Natural processing was adopted here to conserve water and highlight the coffee’s flavor.
This coffee is syrupy and sweet, with flavors of plum, molasses, and lychee. The natural process and low altitude of this coffee bring out a full body that gives the cup a maple syrup or molasses like thickness. Its rich and decadent with a nice balanced brightness of the plum and lychee notes.
