This Earl Grey is a classic blend of Ceylon black tea, blue cornflowers, and a touch of bergamot oil. The Ceylon black tea comes from Sri Lanka and received a grade of Orange Pekoe. This grade refers to the size and wholeness of the picked tea leaves. Small and broken tea leaves are separated out to bring only the most flavorful leaves. This tea is strong with nice complexity. You’ll taste notes of citrus and malt with a floral finish. It's delicious plain or with a little bit of milk and sugar.
