This Tanzania offering is a peaberry from the Mbeya region. Peaberry is a highly coveted natural genetic mutation in coffee where instead of two seeds, one larger rounder seed is formed inside the coffee cherry. This Tanzania has a full body, medium acidity and offers flavor notes of dark chocolate, grape, and nutmeg.
